Designed for the CEO of Sinopharm Group, a Fortune Global 500 leader, this project represents the intersection of modern minimalism and executive privacy. The objective was to create a secluded outdoor tea room that serves as a sanctuary for high-level meetings and personal reflection. Nestled within a lush landscape, the structure provides a serene atmosphere that fosters clarity and peace of mind.
Architectural Design: The “L-Shaped” Lean-To
The project utilizes a sophisticated Lean-To (L-Shape) design, mounted directly against the existing building wall to create a seamless extension of the interior suite. Measuring 6m in length, 4m in span, and 3.3m in height, its clean lines and minimalist framework embody a modern architectural aesthetic that complements the surrounding greenery.
